We are excited to introduce a new position within our company and are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler / Customer Service Coordinator to support our mobile grooming operations.

Position Structure
- This is a new role in our company
- You will start working from home
- Training will take place in our home office
- As the company continues to grow, this position will transition into an office-based role
What You’ll Do
- Schedule and manage grooming appointments efficiently
- Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email
- Optimize daily routes for mobile groomers using maps and scheduling tools
- Maintain organized client records and detailed notes
- Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and special requests
- Ensure smooth daily operations and support the grooming team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service skills and friendly communication
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using maps and route optimization (Google Maps, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
- Must be reliable and responsible
Bonus (Preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of dog breeds and grooming needs
- Familiar with Los Angeles or similar high-traffic areas
- Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or similar roles
Compensation
- W-2 Employee
- $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
