Experienced Mobile Pet Groomer (Full-Time)

Pampered Pet Mobile Spa is a growing luxury mobile grooming company serving Greater Cincinnati and the surrounding areas. We’re looking for an experienced, compassionate pet groomer who is excited to grow with us and help build something special from the ground up.
Our mission is simple: provide a calm, one-on-one grooming experience where every pet is treated like family while creating a workplace where our groomers feel valued, supported, and appreciated.
Compensation
30% commission to start 100% of your tips
Increase to 35% commission after 3 months based on performance and reliability
Increase to 40% commission after 9 months based on continued performance and business growth
As our client base and your schedule continue to grow, our groomers have the potential to earn $55,000–$85,000 annually.

Responsibilities
Drive our fully equipped Mercedes mobile grooming van to scheduled appointments
Professionally groom dogs according to breed standards and client preferences
Bathe, dry, brush, clip, and style pets safely and compassionately
Maintain a clean and organized grooming van
Deliver exceptional customer service while building lasting client relationships
Provide every pet with a calm, low-stress grooming experience
Qualifications
Professional dog grooming experience required (2 years preferred)
Ability to complete breed-standard and pet trims independently
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Comfortable driving a Mercedes Sprinter mobile grooming van (training provided)
Reliable, organized, self-motivated, and compassionate
Passion for providing exceptional care to pets and their families
