Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration, operations coordination, project management, business operations, or a similar role.
- Highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy professional.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to implement and adapt to new systems, software, and technology tools.
- Confident and professional when interacting with executives, managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to actively participate in leadership meetings by contributing ideas, recommendations, and solutions—not simply performing administrative tasks.
- Proven experience tracking projects, driving accountability, meeting objectives, and improving processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor strategic initiatives directed by executive leadership.
- Design, document, and implement administrative and operational processes.
- Prepare reports, analyses, presentations, and executive-level materials.
- Track action items, deadlines, and corporate projects to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Lead special projects assigned by executive leadership.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and develop practical solutions.
- Maintain project tracking systems, performance indicators, and reporting tools.
- Support leadership in executing business priorities and strategic objectives.
