A global SaaS company is looking for a Customer Success Manager who can drive adoption, strengthen client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction across international markets.
What you’ll do
Own the post-sales customer journey: onboarding, training, adoption, and retention
Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, understanding their business goals
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to deliver customer value
Monitor account health, identify upsell opportunities, and prevent churn
Track success metrics and deliver QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews)
Tools & Skills you’ll work with
CRM & CS Platforms: Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, Zendesk, Intercom
Analytics & Reporting: Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics
Project & Collaboration Tools: Jira, Trello, Slack, Asana
