Duties

- Provide individualized support to children with special education needs as required.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development.
- Organize activities that promote social skills and teamwork among students.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience for all students.
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of preschool education principles and practices.
- Proficient in lesson planning tailored to early childhood development stages.
- Ability to educate young children using engaging teaching methods.
- Experience in special education is a plus, with skills in behavior management.
- Effective communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience in childcare settings is advantageous.
- Certifications: Valid Adult/Pediatric CPR/FA Training.
