What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Body Technician position at Pamby Motors Inc - Auto Body Shop?
Pamby Motors Inc. Auto Body is looking for an experienced Auto Body Shop Technician to add to our team. Come work in a state of the art, I-Car certified facility. Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a body technician is preferred but not required
- I-CAR training is preferred but not required
- Aluminum repair knowledge is a plus
- Structural and Non-Structural repair and replacement capabilities
- Unibody & full frame measuring, anchoring, and pulling.
- Ability to follow proper procedures according to OEM/Manufacturer specs.
- Knowledge of Car-O-Liner Evo frame anchoring and the Car-O-Tronic Vision Measuring System is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Performing repairs in-line with provided estimates.
- Repairing vehicles according to proper manufacturer specs.
- Checking parts associated with estimate.
- Notifying appraisers of additional parts & labor.
- Proper use of welders and resistance welding machines.
- Checking your own work and performing QC checks on vehicles before they are prepared for delivery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
