We’re looking for a UGC Content Creator who thinks like a growth operator.
This role is not about making a few nice videos. It’s about building a repeatable engine for viral content using AI, automation, and constant experimentation.
You will be responsible for generating viral ideas, producing UGC content using AI tools, and designing systems that let us scale output without sacrificing quality.
You’re not just creating content. You’re building the machine that creates content. If you enjoy experimenting, breaking things, and turning chaos into scalable systems, this role is for you.
Role Description
- Come up with high-velocity viral content ideas for short-form platforms like TikTok, Reels, Shorts
- Turn ideas into finished UGC content using AI tools
- Test hooks, formats, and narratives to understand what drives views, shares, and saves
- Build repeatable workflows to automate content creation and posting
- Design and improve systems that let us scale from hundreds to thousands of videos per week
- Analyze performance and iterate quickly based on what’s working
- Collaborate with the founders to turn learnings into durable content playbooks
- You will also be responsible for identifying how to automate and scale as much of the content creation process as possible.
