This role requires attention to detail, the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues, and strong communication with team members to maintain continuous production while minimizing waste.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor multiple pieces of production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Maintain continuous production of quality products while minimizing downtime and material waste.
- Identify equipment faults and perform basic troubleshooting or repairs when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with production teams, maintenance, and support staff to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Perform routine housekeeping and maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and product specifications.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Inspect materials and finished products using measurement tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
- Utilize electronic inspection equipment and software to verify product quality.
- Recommend adjustments to processes when quality or production issues arise.
- Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
- Move raw materials, finished products, and supplies within the facility.
- Support production by ensuring materials are available and properly staged.
- Assemble components and subassemblies using hand tools or machinery.
- Position and align parts manually or with lifting equipment.
