Looking for a motivated and sales driven Onsite Property Manager. Onsite Property Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations for 80 units.
Property manager's duties to include: insure the property stays safe, clean and properly maintained. Routinely inspect the grounds, facilities, and equipment to determine if repairs or maintenance are needed. They meet not only with current residents when handling requests for repairs or trying to resolve complaints, but also with prospective residents or tenants to show vacant apartments. Onsite Manager also is responsible for rent collection, parking and pet restrictions. Must process rental applications and go over move in lease, rules & regulations for future residents. Must ensure all tenants are following all rules and regulations.
