The Role

We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to help make Pam instantly understandable, compelling, and trusted by dealerships, customers, and the market.

Our goal is simple: every dealership should know who Pam is, what Pam does, and why Pam matters.

Pam is growing quickly. We are shipping new capabilities, launching new integrations, expanding into new workflows, and supporting more dealership teams every week.

This role is part of the Growth & Marketing team and works closely with product, sales, customer success, and leadership. You will turn product updates, roadmap moments, customer insights, and competitive learnings into clear narratives, strong launches, customer communications, sales enablement, and market-facing campaigns.

Your job is to make sure people understand what Pam does, why it matters, and why it is different.

What You Will Do

Partner closely with product, customer success, and leadership to turn roadmap moments, product updates, and customer insights into clear marketing narratives.

Own ongoing product communications, including:

  • Customer emails
  • Product newsletters
  • Changelogs and release notes
  • Webinars and customer education
  • In-platform or lifecycle messaging

Coordinate product launches across:

  • Website
  • Email
  • Social
  • Sales enablement
  • Customer communications
  • Internal announcements

Create sales enablement materials, including:

  • Product one-pagers
  • Launch briefs
  • Battle cards
  • FAQs
  • Objection-handling docs
  • Feature explainers

Track competitors and market trends across automotive AI, dealership technology, voice AI, customer experience, and service automation.

Turn competitive insights into useful messaging, enablement, and campaign ideas for sales, marketing, and leadership

Ensure Pam’s product story is consistent, accurate, polished, and easy to understand everywhere it appears.

What It Is Like to Work Here

  • High ownership and autonomy
  • Fast-moving team with a lot to build
  • Direct exposure to product, sales, customers, leadership, and the market
  • A fast current of product launches, customer stories, and competitive insights to work with
  • Low ego, high trust, high output
  • Clear connection between your work and company growth
  • Success is measured by outcomes, not activity

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong emotional intelligence and user empathy
  • Extremely detail-oriented and well organized
  • Strong taste and an eye for good design and copy
  • Ability to collaborate deeply with product and creative teams
  • Bias to action

We care more about EQ and good taste in design/copy than years of experience.

Not a Fit If

  • You prefer slow-moving, highly structured environments
  • You need every project fully defined before starting
  • You do not enjoy writing, rewriting, and sharpening messaging
  • You do not like working closely with product, sales, and customer-facing teams
  • You want to create launch materials without owning whether they are useful
  • You are uncomfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow
  • You struggle with ambiguity, speed, or changing priorities
