Our Irving Shop is currently seeking a Shop Lead to guide and support technicians.
Pay and Schedule
- Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:30PM
- The pay range is $35-40/hour depending on experience

How will you contribute to the success of the team?
- Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication, accurate diagnosis, and addressing all driver team member concerns.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Implement and maintain maintenance processes as per company policy.
- Improve vehicle uptime through efficient repair practices.
- Effectively manage assigned shift maintenance operation in accordance with financial goals.
- Develop management and technical skills of maintenance personnel on assigned shift.
- Monitor parts and tire inventory usage by assigned shift.
- Reduce workforce turnover by improving employee relations.
What makes you a strong candidate for this position?
- Effective team building abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of DOT standards of repairs and maintenance.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations regarding terminal facility.
- Minimum two years of experience in maintenance and repair.
