Duties
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process retail sales transactions quickly and efficiently
- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, cash drawer management, and balancing registers at shift end
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and offering product recommendations or upselling when appropriate
- Assist with stocking shelves and merchandising to ensure products are well-presented and accessible to shoppers
- Conduct product demos to educate customers about new or featured items, enhancing their shopping experience
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and assisting with stock counts as needed
Requirements
