What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Creation Intern (On-Camera) position at PALONDRÉ THE LABEL?
Palondré The Label — Williamsburg, Brooklyn (Hybrid)
For college credit | 3 months, part-time
Palondré is a sustainable luxury swimwear label designed in New York, handmade in Colombia. We're looking for a content creator intern who's excited to be in the content — not just behind the camera. You'll be the face of our short-form video, styling and showcasing pieces around the city, with New York as your backdrop.
What you'll do
- Star in short-form video content — TikToks, reels, styled walk-and-talks, get-ready-with-me, day-in-the-life
- Shoot on-location around NYC — rooftops, streets, the water, wherever the city gives us the shot
- Style Palondré pieces in a way that feels editorial, not commercial
- Bring your own creative ideas to the table — trends, transitions, concepts
- Help edit content in-house to keep it in brand voice
- Occasionally support on organized shoot days with other creators/models
What we're looking for
- Comfortable and confident on camera — this role is front-facing
- A natural creative eye and personal style that aligns with quiet-luxury, editorial aesthetics (not trend-chasing or overly produced)
- Some experience creating content for TikTok/Instagram (personal or brand)
- Comfortable filming in public spaces around the city
- Based in NYC, able to come into Williamsburg 2–3 days/week
- Currently enrolled and able to receive academic credit
- Bonus: editing skills (CapCut/Premiere), photography experience, or an existing personal following
Commitment: 3-month minimum, part-time (flexible around class schedule)
