Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Spa Manager to oversee daily operations of our Luxury Spa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall smooth functioning of the spa. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for health and beauty services. The Spa Manager will play a key role in driving sales, managing inventory, and fostering a welcoming environment for clients and staff alike.
Must have:
- A great personality and excellent interpersonal skills
- A dynamic leader who can manage a diverse staff
- Strong organization and Leadership skills with proven supervisory experience in retail or service environments
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Leadership qualities with experience in training & development, team building, and employee orientation
- Time management skills capable of overseeing shift schedules and operational workflows effectively
- Customer service excellence with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Spa experience is a plus
Duties:
- Lead and supervise daily spa operations, ensuring high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
- Manage scheduling, shift management, and team management to optimize staffing levels
- Oversee retail sales, merchandising, inventory control, purchasing, and stock management to ensure product availability
- Ensure compliance with Paloma's policies and procedures and with health & safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized environment
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide leadership to motivate staff towards achieving sales targets and operational goals
- Maintain excellent communication with clients to address inquiries or concerns via phone etiquette or in-person interactions
- Use sound judgment, work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Track staff schedules efficiently to optimize capacity, revenue, and profits.
- Maintain the utmost cleanliness and soothing ambiance of the premises
- Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction, address customer dissatisfaction, resolve service complaints
- Motivates and empowers the team to achieve high standards.
