- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and faxes
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient care
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing support
- Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
