Requirements / Qualifications
-Knowledge of basic food/baked goods, serving utensils, sanitation principals, applicable to food/baked goods, serving and kitchen maintenance.
-Ability to learn computerized cashiering essential.
-Ability to obtain a Riverside County Food Handlers Card.
