Job Summary: Performs admission duties for clinic/outpatients. Process records and acts as liaison with patient family members or responsible party while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Qualifications/Reporting:
Required minimum education: High School graduate or equivalent.
Required minimum experience: One-year office experience preferred.
Required: BLS certification required, obtained within the first 90 days of hire.
Required skills (if applicable): Working knowledge of personal computers; must be proficient in general clerical duties and handling payments. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Knowledge of word, excel and PowerPoint. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Current driver's license and vehicle liability insurance required.
