Your Role

As a Product Owner at PALO IT, you will play a crucial role in aligning country-specific product strategies and requirements with global product goals. You will work closely with Product Managers, Global Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to translate local market needs into actionable features, user stories, and data requirements.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Global Product Owners to translate country-specific product strategies, business requirements, and data insights into well-defined features and user stories for development teams.
• Be accountable for the successful delivery and maintenance of products tailored to local market needs, ensuring alignment with global product strategies and measurable business outcomes.
• Develop features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data requirements that address country-specific needs and enable effective tracking and measurement of product outcomes.
• Oversee yearly and quarterly product planning to ensure alignment with local business objectives, product strategy, performance insights, and global priorities.
• Conduct regular reviews of local product performance, KPIs, user behavior, and business results, using data-driven insights to evaluate outcomes and adjust priorities as necessary.
• Manage the local product backlog, ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap, country-specific priorities, data requirements, and business objectives.
• Work with Local Product Managers, Global Product Owners, development teams, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, BI, Analytics, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on product requirements and strategic direction.
• Collect and analyze information, feedback, business needs, and data insights from country teams to ensure the product effectively addresses local market requirements.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, BI, and Analytics teams to define product metrics, reporting needs, data requirements, and measurement frameworks that support product decisions.
• Work with local development, design, marketing, and data teams to define specifications, manage dependencies, and support successful product delivery.
• Analyze product performance, KPIs, user behavior, and business data to identify opportunities, evaluate outcomes, and support data-driven product decisions.
• Participate in the testing and validation of product deliveries to ensure alignment with country requirements, defined acceptance criteria, data requirements, and product objectives.
• Use product performance data, user feedback, and business insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and maximize product value.
  
  

Who You Are

• 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar Product Management role.
• Proven experience working with data and analytics teams and using data insights to inform product strategy, prioritization, and decision-making.
• Solid understanding of product analytics, KPIs, dashboards, data visualization, and basic SQL. Ability to translate business and product needs into clear data requirements and work effectively with technical data teams.
• Proficient in Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban for managing the product lifecycle and prioritizing product backlogs.
• Strong experience translating business requirements into user stories and actionable requirements for technical teams.
• Proven ability to analyze product performance metrics, interpret data, identify trends and opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to enhance product value.
• Strong capability to work across functional teams while effectively communicating with local and global stakeholders, including Product, Technology, Data, and Business teams.
• Experience working with teams from different cultures, with sensitivity to country-specific business needs, creativity, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
