The Palo Alto Museum is bringing a historic landmark to life as a dynamic space to discover, connect, and create. With a grand opening planned for Spring 2026, we’re seeking an Executive Business Partner to the CEO—a strategic right hand who will help the CEO drive growth and impact during this pivotal launch and growth phase.
This is a rare opportunity to join the founding leadership team from the very beginning, supporting the Museum through pre-opening, grand opening, and rapid early growth. You’ll help advance strategic priorities, align teams, and translate vision into action—directly influencing the Museum’s foundation and long-term success.
You bring:
- 7 years supporting senior executives in mission-driven organizations
- Exceptional organization, communication, and judgment
- Ability to coordinate strategic initiatives across teams without managing day-to-day operations
- Strong technology and people skills
