- Opportunity to care for patients with New and follow up - Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes, patients on Insulin Pumps, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, and osteoporosis follow up , with the ability to expand clinical expertise into additional endocrine conditions based on experience and interest
- 6 months to a 1 year endocrine related clinical experience,GLP1-RA, insulin pump and CGM experience is preferred
- Current California State NP or PA License
- CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
- Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
- Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP’s
- Active DEA registration
