House Manager- Personal Assistant

Job Title: House Manager & Personal PA (with Childcare)

Location: Lincolnwood, IL

Salary: $25-35 per hour depending on experience

Position Type: Full-Time, 35-40 hours a week

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and reliable House Manager / Personal Assistant to oversee the daily operations of our household and provide high-quality care for our children. The ideal candidate acts as the "right hand" to the family, ensuring the home remains organized, errands are managed, and the children's schedules are executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Household Management & PA Duties

• Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for contractors (landscapers, cleaners, repair services).
• Errands & Logistics: Manage grocery shopping, dry cleaning drop-offs, and pharmacy pickups.
• Organization: Maintain a tidy and functional home environment; oversee decluttering projects and pantry stocking.
• Calendar Management: Schedule appointments for family members and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Vehicle Care: Ensure family vehicles are fueled, washed, and serviced regularly.

2. Childcare & Transportation

• School/Activity Runs: Provide safe transportation for children to school, sports, and social events.
• Meal Prep: Prepare healthy snacks and simple meals for children.
• Supervision: Engage in age-appropriate activities, assist with homework, and ensure a safe environment.
• Calendar Tracking: Manage the childrens extracurricular schedules and birthday party RSVPs.

Requirements

• Legal Status: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Drivers License: Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in a similar hybrid role (House Manager/PA) or as a Nanny/Family Assistant.
• Background: Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check
• Skills: Strong communication, discretion with private information, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
