May be required to work overtime and on call on an as needed basis

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Perform basic landscaping maintenance
- Pruning, mowing, edging, trimming, etc.
- Groundskeeping
- Light electrical and plumbing skills are essential
- Basic concrete and asphalt repair skills
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Visually inspect tools and equipment
- Proficient in power tools
- Clean the common areas
