We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Part-Time Maintenance employee to help maintain and enhance the community. This is a field-based role requiring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
Responsibilities
- Perform general property repairs: plumbing, and painting
- Maintain landscaping and curb appeal: mowing, trimming, weeding, leaf blowing
- Troubleshoot and repair irrigation and pond systems
- Maintain clean, orderly common areas and grounds
- Handle sewer line backups and coordinate larger repairs as needed
- Help coordinate and support vendor projects and deliveries
- Participate in on-call for emergency repairs
- Time management skills
- Experience in general maintenance
- Experience in general landscape
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and complete physically demanding tasks
- Must be available for occasional after-hours emergencies (on call)
- Employment Type: Part-Time
- Monday through Friday
- Day shift
- On call availability required
- Occasional overtime possible
Salary : $17 - $22
