Assisted Living Caregiver
Casa Grande, AZ
$20/hour
Full-Time / Part-Time Available
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Caregivers to join our team at a residential assisted living facility in Casa Grande. Our caregivers play an important role in supporting residents with daily living activities while providing a safe, respectful, and caring environment.

Responsibilities
Personal Care Duties
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Help residents with eating and hydration as needed
- Monitor residents for changes in physical or emotional condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Supervisory Care Duties
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Supervise residents to ensure safety and well-being
- Encourage participation in daily activities and social engagement
- Assist with medication reminders as directed
- Observe and report concerns or changes to management
- Help maintain routine schedules and resident structure
- Follow facility policies and care plans
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving or assisted living experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required
- Must pass background check
