We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Palms Apartments, a 312-unit community in Virginia Beach, VA. This role is responsible for the repair and upkeep of buildings and support equipment. Experience diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems is REQUIRED.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Apartment Maintenance Experience – Minimum 2 years required
✔ HVAC Expertise – Minimum 2 years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, including heat pumps
✔ EPA Certification – Required for handling refrigerants
✔ General Maintenance Skills – Plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and more
✔ Problem-Solving Mindset – A self-starter who takes initiative
✔ Team Player – Works collaboratively with a passionate, skilled crew
✔ Technology Savvy – Able to use MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device
✔ Excellent Communication Skills – Proficient in written and verbal English; bilingual is a plus
