What You’ll Do:
• Assist the Property Manager in leasing, collections, resident services, revenue growth, and compliance with legal and company policies
• Contribute to revenue growth by identifying creative ways to set the community apart
• Execute marketing initiatives through social media and community outreach promotions
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service to drive resident retention
• Set clear expectations with residents regarding timely payment of balances owed
• Proactively work to minimize delinquent rent
• Participate in company-wide training programs to maintain compliance and enhance professional development
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve overall property goals
• Step in to manage the property in the Manager’s absence
What We’re Looking For:
• 1 years of property management experience required
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to changing demands
• Proven success assisting with delinquent rent collections
• Commitment to delivering outstanding service to prospective and current residents
• Professional designations such as CAM, CAPS, NALP/CALP preferred
• Experience with Yardi and Revenue Management software a plus
• Ability to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule as needed
