We operate several innovative, growing brands—including Palmier TMS, TMS for Autism, TouchPoint Injury and Neuro Group, TKO Timeshare Solutions, SunExits, and Quantum Core Medical—and we’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to build and run the marketing engine that supports all of them. They are all in the medical and legal space.

This role is ideal for someone who wants ownership, clear responsibilities, and the freedom to execute without being micromanaged.

What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)

Digital Advertising (PPC Meta Ads)

· Build, launch, and optimize high-performing PPC and Meta campaigns

· Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and attribution

· Manage ad accounts and ensure all campaigns stay on track

· Review and oversee external agency deliverables when applicable

CRM, Automations & Go High Level Ownership

· Build workflows, pipelines, triggers, and follow-up systems

· Manage call tracking, lead routing, attribution, and reporting

· Keep all brand CRMs clean, fast, and organized

· Create scalable automation systems that reduce manual work

Funnels & Lead Generation Systems

· Build landing pages, forms, lead flows, and nurture sequences

· Coordinate graphics, copy, and creatives (no coding required)

· Run A/B tests to improve conversions and user experience

· Ensure all campaigns and funnels launch smoothly and on time

Analytics & Reporting

· Build intuitive KPI dashboards for all Palmier brands

· Track weekly and monthly marketing performance

· Provide insights on ROI, lead flow quality, and optimization opportunities

· Maintain accurate data across all systems

Project Management Across Brands

· Organize marketing tasks across multiple companies

· Keep timelines, deliverables, and campaign launches aligned

· Communicate with leadership weekly to ensure clarity and direction

· Document systems and help build repeatable marketing processes

What We’re Looking For

Required Background

· 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or PPC management

· Strong hands-on familiarity with Go High Level (GHL)

· Experience running PPC and Meta advertising campaigns

· Strong analytical ability and comfort with KPI reporting

· Ability to manage multiple brands and projects at once

Preferred Skills

· Funnel building (landing pages, emails, SMS workflows)

· CRM automation architecture

· Basic design or copy understanding (no specialist skills required)

· Ability to communicate clearly and bring structure to a fast-moving environment

Compensation & Growth

· Base Salary: $58,000–$65,000 (depending on experience)

· Quarterly Bonuses: $3,000–$5,000 tied to performance KPIs

· Annual Bonus Opportunity: Up to 10%

· Total Potential Compensation: $70,000–$80,000

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
