RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with Leadership to insure daily and project related needs are met safely and efficiently by assisting with various tasks.
- Ability to be trained to safely and efficiently operate all fabrication shop equipment such as drill presses, saws, and forklifts.
- Ability to take direction and effectively communicate with supervisors based on project needs.
- Ability to think creatively and apply results to safely and efficiently complete tasks.
- Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules.
- Maintain work area in clean and tidy manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
Fabrication Expectations
- Disassemble and reassemble equipment for repair or transportation.
- Determine which machines, techniques, and tools to use when moving equipment and completing jobs.
- Capability of cutting wood, aluminum, and steel
- Good communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent mathematical skills.
- Must be able to work well in a team environment.
Welding Needs
- Aluminum/Steel welding experience a MUST
- Familiarity with common welding tools and procedures, including MIG welding metal fabricating, grinding, and finishing metals
- Ability to stand, crouch, and occasionally lift heavy equipment
- Produce strong, clean welds
- 1 years of professional welding experience preferred
- Working knowledge of industry tool and equipment
