Role Description
The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day construction projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Responsibilities include managing on-site operations, coordinating with project teams, monitoring schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greenville, SC, requiring strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Project Management and Leadership skills to oversee teams and ensure timely project completion
- Technical knowledge of roofing and construction practices, materials, and safety protocols
- Communication and Interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, teams, and contractors
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills to address challenges and ensure project quality
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal safety and building regulations
- Proficiency in construction management software is a plus
- Experience in commercial roofing or sheet metal projects is preferred
