We would like to hire a talented and professional glazier to measure, cut and install glass fittings for our City Service Department. To be successful, you should:
- Follow and promote safe work practices
- Ensure installation meets Palmetto State Glass and Manufacturer’s installation quality standards
- Review and understand project specifications, timeline, and budget
- Ensure that all tools and necessary equipment are available to complete projects
- Execute projects to timeline and budget
- Prepare daily for next day and week’s upcoming projects
- Control and organize project materials in shop
- Maintain assigned company vehicle and equipment
- Maintain shop organization and cleanliness
- Fabricate storefront and curtain walls
Skills and Duties
- Cut glass and mirrors
- Install storefront, curtain walls, doors, hardware and glass
- Fabricate and install break metal
- Caulk
- Conduct daily quality assurance audits throughout projects
- Specific attention to material details used on a daily basis
- Possess customer service relations
