Job Duties & Responsibilities

Identify and project costs for various jobs

Obtain bids from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials and negotiate pricing

Visit various jobs sites to analyze required work

Determine the scope of work to bid

Prepare bid packages
-
Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors

Communicate frequently with division managers about current and future projects

Requirements of the Position

Experience with Agtek, B2W and Carlson software

Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints and convey this information to others

Excellent organizational and leadership skills
