Growing healthcare conglomerate seeking Finance Associate. The Finance Associate will report directly to the CEO and assist in management of all financial and strategic initiatives for pain management practice, high-complexity laboratory, and multispecialty ambulatory surgery center.

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills are a requirement. Industry experience preferred but not required.
The ideal candidate will be:
- An energetic self-starter with excellent communication skills
- Excellent with Microsoft Excel, including pulling reports, cleaning data, creating analyses, assuring quality, and producing output
- Experienced in business analytics and financial reporting (minimum 2 years)
- College graduate with degree in Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration
- Bookkeeping, accounts payable, payroll, and/or revenue cycle management experience a plus
