Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a District Manager at Palmetto Moon. The District Manager will oversee daily operations within multiple store locations, ensuring optimal sales performance and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include developing and leading store managers, driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, managing inventory, fostering exceptional customer service, and aligning team members with company goals and values. Frequent travel within the district is required.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management: Proven experience in managing multiple teams, mentoring, and building leaders across locations
• Sales and performance management: Strong skills in driving sales goals, achieving performance benchmarks, and creating growth strategies
• Operational expertise: Ability to assess and improve operational standards, inventory management, and budgeting practices
• Customer engagement: Proficiency in enhancing customer experiences and maintaining brand loyalty
• Problem-solving and critical thinking: Effective decision-making skills with the ability to address challenges promptly and efficiency
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in retail or multi-unit management is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
