About the Role:
The Vice President of Operations is responsible for the overall operational performance, strategic growth, and market execution of Palmetto Infusion within an assigned state. This role functions as a state-level business leader, accountable for driving operational excellence, financial performance, patient access, and service expansion while ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. The VP of Operations partners closely with the CEO, senior leadership team, and department leaders to translate enterprise goals into actionable plans, optimize multi-site infusion operations, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a compliant and efficient manner.
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Service Areas: Alabama, Travels within the assigned state (approximately 25% or more) to provide on-site leadership, support clinic operations, engage with team members, and ensure consistent execution of organizational standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
Experience/Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field required
- 8 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience. Multi-site operational leadership required. Must have 2 years of P&L management experience.
- Proficient at partner programs (i.e.: MS Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calm
- Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Palmetto Infusion team.
- Provides executive oversight of all infusion center operations within the assigned state, ensuring consistent, efficient, and high-quality service delivery across all locations.
- Leads the development and execution of state-level strategic and operational plans aligned with organizational goals and local market dynamics.
- Owns and drives operational and financial performance, including revenue growth, expense management, productivity, and overall clinic performance.
- Identifies and executes growth opportunities, including new clinic development, service line expansion, and market penetration strategies.
- Establishes, monitors, and analyzes key performance indicators such as patient access, chair utilization, staffing efficiency, and throughput to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards, maintaining continuous readiness for audits and surveys.
- Partners with clinical leadership to support high standards of patient care, clinical quality, and performance improvement initiatives across all sites.
- Leads, develops, and mentors operational leaders and clinic teams, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with pharmacy, revenue cycle, business development, compliance, HR, and executive leadership to ensure alignment and operational success.
- Drives initiatives that enhance patient access, streamline scheduling and intake processes, and improve overall patient experience and satisfaction.
