Cart Attendant

**You must be willing to work weekends/holidays is scheduled**

Palmetto Hills is seeking motivated individuals to join our cart staff. MUST HAVE A DRIVER'S LICENSE.

A cart attendants primary responsibility is ensuring a smooth and efficient cart return process, as well as providing assistance to customers with their carts. This includes retrieving carts from the parking lot, ensuring they are clean and functional, and optionally offering help with loading items into vehicles. In addition, you are the last line of defense for observing any new damage to carts as they're returned to you. If damage is found it is your responsibility to call the damage out to the golfer and otify management.

Filling carts sand bottles.

Assessing and dealing with any low maintenance issues such as tire pressure, loose bolts/screws, etc.

Key Duties:

• Cart Retrieval: Empty cart return areas and retrieve individual carts from the parking lot, ensuring they are readily available for customers.
• Cart Maintenance: Remove trash from carts and wipe them down, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.
• Customer Assistance: Offer to help customers load items into their vehicles.
• Other Duties: Assist with other tasks as needed by management.

• Safety Awareness: Maintaining a safe environment for both customers and staff is crucial.
• Communication Skills: Clearly communicating with customers and colleagues is important.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Ensuring carts are clean and organized is a core part of the job.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
