Information Technology Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist based in Miami, FL. The Information Technology Specialist will oversee day-to-day IT operations, maintain network security, manage network administration, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. The role includes collaborating with teams to ensure smooth IT functionality, providing exceptional customer service to assist end-users, and ensuring optimal and secure network performance.

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
• Strong background in Information Technology operations and Troubleshooting
• Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to effectively support end-users
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with industry-standard IT systems and practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network , CCNA, or equivalent are a plus
• Experience in a healthcare environment or a similar regulated industry is desirable
