Commercial Cleaning Technician – Aiken, SC
Palmetto Facilities Group is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technician to join our team in Aiken, SC.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Morning shift
- 4 hours per day
- Part-time
Pay:
- Starting at $14.00 per hour
- Paid training provided
Job Responsibilities
- Vacuum carpets and rugs
- Vacuum and mop hard floors
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Clean and maintain the lobby and common areas
- Clean and sanitize the breakroom/kitchen area
- Clean hallways and entryways
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Spot clean glass, doors, and high-touch surfaces
- Restock restroom supplies as needed
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
