Position Overview:We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician who takes pride in organization, cleanliness, and supporting a team behind the scenes. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is curious about dentistry and eager to begin a long-term career in the field. Will support the doctor and team in the daily flow of the schedule.
No experience is required—we provide hands-on training and mentorship in a structured, encouraging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carefully clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments following OSHA and CDC guidelines
- Prepare and reset treatment rooms to ensure a smooth and comfortable patient experience
- Maintain sterilization equipment and accurate logs
- Seat patients and take Blood pressure, Review update health history
- Keep clinical spaces clean, stocked, and running efficiently
- Support the clinical team with day-to-day workflow needs
