Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust B2B sales pipeline by identifying new commercial clients and nurturing existing relationships through outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits
- Conduct engaging presentations and public speaking sessions to showcase vehicle features, financing options, and tailored solutions for business clients
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while upholding dealership policies and profitability goals
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress, ensuring organized sales support and accurate record keeping
- Upsell additional products or services such as extended warranties, maintenance packages, or accessories to maximize revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns aimed at high-end clients and corporate accountsRequirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or automobile sales within a dealership or retail environment
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Demonstrated success in building a sales pipeline through cold calling and outbound sales strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math principles
