Full-Time | $36,000–$45,000 Total Compensation Opportunity
- Service and maintain existing commercial cleaning account
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service
- Personally perform a significant portion of the cleaning as you learn and grow the territory
- Prospect for and sell new commercial cleaning accounts
- Identify opportunities to grow near existing customers
- Recruit, train, and develop team members as the territory expands
- Monitor quality, labor, supplies, and overall territory performance
- Represent Pinnacle professionally throughout the Ashland business community
In a nutshell, as a Territory Partner, you'll be responsible for leading the people, managing day-to-day operations, and growing the business within your territory.
