What You'll Do
As an Aerial Equipment Technician, you’ll be the heart of our mission- helping customers diagnose, repair, and restore heavy-duty equipment. Your work will include:
- Diagnosing, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on boom lifts and scissor lifts to ensure their safe and proper operation.
- Collaborating with customers and vendors to provide top-tier solutions
- Performing both in-house and field repairs

- Do you have 3-5 years' experience working with heavy equipment?
- Do you have experience working on aerial equipment?
- Are you skilled in troubleshooting, failure analysis, and basic hydraulic principles?
- Are you able to work independently with minimal or no guidance?
- Are you able to read assembly manuals, drawings, and schematics?
- Do you have a valid driver's license?
- Are you in good physical condition (the ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for 8 consecutive hours)?
- Do you have the ability to communicate well with customers and have a strong sense of urgency?
- Monday-Friday daytime shift- no crazy hours!
