What You Will Do:
- Drive revenue growth across new and existing accounts by identifying target markets and opportunities
- Lead new business acquisition and navigate complex sales cycles
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to achieve goals
- Coach, develop, and manage sales teams while establishing quotas and performance standards
- Oversee pipeline management, including deal coaching and territory planning
- Expand key accounts through upselling/cross-selling while ensuring strong sales processes and cross-functional alignment
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- 7–10 years of sales leadership experience with a strong track record of driving revenue growth
- Proven ability to lead and develop multi-tiered sales teams
- Experience in high-volume, low-margin environments is a plus
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Salary : $125,000 - $145,000
