Must be reliable
Required to be 25 years old or older. BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED. Physical required. Valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record. No CDL required. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test. The school van driver’s responsibilities include transporting special needs students back and forth to school. Assisting students with getting in and out of school transportation vehicles. The school van driver will also be responsible for performing a pre-trip and post-trip inspection on their vehicle every trip. Since we operate during school hours a school van driver has a split shift position, which is approximately 4 hours per day, split between the morning & afternoon. Must be able to work both the AM and the afternoon shifts, Monday thru Friday.
