Production Associate
We seek a production associate to join our team, reporting to a shift supervisor. This role will be part of our production department, where you'll make a difference in the industry.
Shift Schedule
Sunday - Thursday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (overtime as business dictates).

Responsibilities:
- Read work orders to determine production specs for each door
- Identify, locate, and pull correct door slab and components
- Modify door slab as necessary to meet specifications
- Fabricate, assemble, and disassemble fiberglass, aluminum, and wood products using various tools
- Physically move doors between production stations (up to 75 lbs)
- Inspect work for defects, production errors, and quality issues
- Clean the shop and perform light maintenance tasks
- Other duties as assigned
