We are looking for experienced Fiber Drop Contractor Crews (1099) for steady, full-time work in Virginia. If you know how to run a clean drop, stay productive, and turn in your documentation without hand-holding, you’ll stay busy. Expansion into additional markets will roll out through 2026.
Type of Work
Daily work includes:
• Aerial fiber drops
• Overlash related to drop placement
• Light pole transfers tied to drop work
• Buried drops where required
• Hardware installs, cleanup, and photo documentation
This is steady production work. If your crew shows up and performs, you’ll get all the work you can handle.

Pay Terms
• 1099 contract
