Student Employment Opportunity: Enrollment Office Assistant
**This position is for current Palmer College of Chiropractic students only.
Function:
Student Office Staff are responsible for the daily fulfillment and organization of promotional material mailed to prospective students.
Organizational Relationship:
Responsible to the Athletic & Recreation Coordinator in the Student Services Department for successful performance of assigned duties.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Process daily agreement proposal letters as well as any special mailings.

Collate Agreement Proposal kits.

Assist staff with special projects, inventory, campus tours, filing, data entry, answering phones, reception, and mailings for special events.

Maintain undergraduate advisor list verifying information on a routine basis.

Maintain agreement website information for accuracy on a routine basis

Duties as assigned.
Requirements & Skills:

Ability to perform assigned duties amid constant interruptions and time deadlines.

Ability to concentrate on assigned tasks for extended periods, including standing or sitting, until tasks are completed.

Ability to operate necessary office equipment.

Ability to lift 35-45 pounds.

Must be a student enrolled in Palmer College of Chiropractic having knowledge of chiropractic and admissions requirements.

Data entry experience and personal computing skills required. Knowledge of other office equipment
