Student Employment Opportunity: Clinic Operations Assistant
Palmer Chiropractic Clinic is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented student to join our team as a Clinic Operations Assistant. This role offers hands-on experience in clinic administration, customer service, and operational support. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to build professional relationships and gain valuable insight into the day-to-day operations of a chiropractic clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the administrative leadership team with a variety of tasks, including:
Front Desk Support
- Assist with inventory and organizing patient forms
- Prepare new patient thank you bags and assist with item inventory
Administrative & Operational Tasks
- Maintain equipment checkout logs and update inventory spreadsheets
- Organize marketing materials for events
- Assist with White Coat Induction Ceremony preparations
- Assist with OSCE preparations
- Support archival procedures of billing files and medical records
- Assist with organizing and scanning student portfolio documents
- Assist with clinic towel and gown laundry
- Contribute to various small projects as they arise
