HVAC Technician
- Knowledge of chillers, boilers, air handlers, and HVAC systems
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-up of commercial HVAC systems
- Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications
- Control wiring and high voltage
- Interprets blueprints
- Work-order documentation
- New equipment start-up and commissioning
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise
Experience
- 3 years of experience is a MUST
- OSHA 10 Minimum; OSHA 30 a plus
- NH Gas Fitter License (Service Level)
- EPA Certified
