Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Technician role based in Kenosha, WI. The Automotive Technician will perform routine maintenance and inspections, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and complete repair work according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include servicing customer vehicles, conducting oil changes, rotating and balancing tires, and inspecting brakes, suspension, and other key systems. The role involves using diagnostic tools and service equipment, documenting all work performed, and communicating clearly with service advisors and team members. The Automotive Technician will also help maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all dealership and manufacturer procedures to support quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Vehicle Maintenance and routine Maintenance & Repair for a variety of makes and models.
- Hands-on experience performing Oil Changes and related preventative service tasks.
- Proficiency in Automotive Repair, including diagnosis and resolution of mechanical and basic electrical issues.
- Knowledge of Suspension components, inspection, and repair procedures.
- Relevant technical training, certification, or diploma in automotive technology or a related field preferred (e.g., ASE certifications a plus).
- Ability to use diagnostic tools, service equipment, and manufacturer repair information systems.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety and quality work.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced service environment.
