Employment Type: Full-Time Location: San Jose, CA (travel required to patient homes) Salary: Starting at $120,000 annually (based on experience)
As a Full Time Palmeira Home Health Registered Nurse, you can expect:

• Competitive, bi-weekly pay: Depending on Home Health experience
• Transportation: Use of Company Car
• FULL IRS Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70 per mile

Job Summary: The RN will provide skilled nursing care, manage clinical visits, coordinate care plans, and educate patients and families. All care is delivered in-home in accordance with each patients individualized care plan.
Required Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in California
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in an acute care setting
• Current BLS (CPR) or ACLS certifications
• Valid Drivers License and proof of auto insurance
• Must have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes
• Negative TB test and flu shot (within the last 12 months)
• Vaccination proof: COVID-19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
  

Additional Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel to patient homes
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs
• Must have no health restrictions that would interfere with patient care
